APPLE GINGER FIG JUICE (Serves 1) Ingredients:
1/2 organic apple 2 organic fi gs
1/4-inch fresh ginger 1 ice cube 1 cup of water
Method: Peel the ginger. Remove seeds and stem from the apple. Put water in the Vitamix or blender; add apple, ginger, fi g and ice. Blend until smooth.
NUTTY APPLE CRUNCH (Serves 2) Ingredients:
2 small organic apples 2 TBSP granola 2 TBSP raisins 1 TBSP dried cranberries 1 TBSP maple syrup or raw agave
Method: Wash the apples.
Slice the apples and place in a bowl. Add the granola, raisins, cranberries and maple syrup or raw agave. Mix together.
