ABOUT eg solutions

eg solutions is a global back office optimisation software company that provides historic, real-time and predictive Operational MI. When implemented with its training programme for managers and team leaders to use this intelligence, it guarantees improvements in operational results in short timescales. The company, which is also listed on the Alternative Investment Market (‘AIM’) of the London Stock Exchange, is committed to customer satisfaction and the ongoing development of its operations management solutions. eg’s software is now recognised as the

most complete purpose build back office optimisation suite in the world.

eg’s operational intelligence® software suite incorporates two core models:

• eg work manager® (used by Mangers and Team Leaders) and eg operational intelligence (which provides multi level Operations MI reporting for Senior Managers, Directors and Department Heads).

• eg operational intelligence® forms a comprehensive work, resource and

performance reporting tool. It enables clients to gather information about the key factors affecting performance, thereby identifying appropriate decisions and actions to improve efficiency and reduce costs in weeks – guaranteed.

eg is the only back office optimisation software company that guarantees return on investment and is paid based on the results delivered –whatever you invest in implementation will pay for itself, typically within 6 months. eg’s partners include Aspect Software Inc, Microsoft, Curium, Cicero and Intradiem.

Elizabeth pioneered the introduction of production management methodologies into the service sector having identified the need for a more streamlined and organised approach to the traditional back office. Since then she has used these techniques as the basis for achieving improvements into customer service and guaranteed cost reduction for clients.

The eg operational intelligence® software suite was designed and developed by Elizabeth to embed best practice production management techniques into businesses in order to deliver sustainable benefits.

Elizabeth has driven the company forward to achieve great results since the beginning delivering a global footprint through direct sales and partnerships, such as Aspect Software.

Most recently, Elizabeth strengthened her management team with the appointment of Duncan McIntyre, Chairman, Kuljit Bawa, VP of Sales, Tim Taylor, CMO and Chris Harman, Head of Consumer Operations. With Elizabeth in the driving seat and a strong team behind her, she is a better position than ever before to drive further growth for her company, and for the market she has pioneered.
