JORDI BOTO Germany

ABOUT JORDI BOTO

I began my career at the aeronautic industry almost twenty years ago in the former DASA (Daimler Chrysler Aerospace) in Munich.

Since then many things have happened and many things changed, nonetheless the fusion of dasa with Aerospatiale and the Spanish Casa into EADS, and a unified Airbus as part of it.

I joined Airbus in 1998, and despite having an Engineering background, my first steps were in Finance, as head of controlling Airbus’ Germany before and after the merge, I then moved to Toulouse and into Engineering, led Airbus diversification programs (ATR, Hawker, Eurofighter, Transall, etc), from 2009 until 2012 led Power 8, Airbus transformation program, and since 2012 I am in charge of PFW Arospace.

I am 45 years old, born in Spain and hold a German and Spanish nationality.
