Anton Paar off ers the fully automated, compact, standalone CFPP tester Callisto 100, which determines the low temperature operability in diesel fuel, biodiesel, blends, and gas oils. Callisto 100 comes with a newly developed state-
of-the-art Peltier element concept that allows the connection of a methanol-free cooling system. It ensures outstanding homogeneity of the cooling jacket, which is the most critical and decisive parameter for a correct CFPP value determination.

The Quick 5-Point Flow Function Test from Brookfi eld Engineering is now integrated into Powder Flow Pro Software, version 1.3 (build 23). The quick new test can be accomplished in about 16 min as compared to the Standard 5-Point Flow Function Test, which takes about 25 min to complete. This
considerable reduction in time allows for more rapid QA/ QC checks on production powder batches. The 5-Point Test provides the operator with fi ve predefi ned consolidation stress measurements. These fi ve points of data are then used to provide a more accurate representation of the powder’s fl ow characteristics, through a hopper or feeder system.
