being bank fraud and, as I under- stand it, the FBI has become in- volved. My understanding is that the 10 head of cattle in Louisiana are dead and that the perpetrators of the theft and bank fraud will be dealt with by the FBI. In the Texas case, the individual
who would not pay for the cattle or return them to us has — after a call from Special Ranger Good- man — decided to be cooperative and allow our repossession man to pick up the cattle. All of this would not have been
possible without the help of Special Ranger Goodman, who has done an excellent job in helping resolve these issues. His work ethic and de- sire to fi nd the “bad guys” is superb and he is to be commended for a job well done.
