Hey, want to go for a hike? Yes. Let’s go!
Donors like you have helped The Trust for Public Land save more than three million acres of parks and wild places since 1972. The least we can do is help you choose which one to visit.

CITY PARK LOUISIANA
ZION NATIONAL
PARK UTAH
Founded in 1854, the 1,300- acre City Park in New Orleans is one of the oldest and largest urban parks in America. Stop for a picnic underneath centuries-old oaks or bike the path around Big Lake, created with help from The Trust for Public Land.
You can hike, climb, or star- gaze for days here and never get bored. Don’t miss the Zion Narrows, named one of the top five American adventures by National Geographic Adventure. With your help, we protected access to this trail for the public.
CUYAHOGA VALLEY
NATIONAL PARK OHIO
GLACIER
NATIONAL PARK MONTANA
Just a short drive from Cleveland and Akron you'll find 8,000 square miles of hills, forests, and waterfalls ripe for hiking, biking, and exploration. Your support helped us protect more than 20 sites for this Midwestern park gem.
Home to more than 700 lakes, 25 glaciers, and yes, around 300 grizzlies, this majestic park offers some of the wildest adventures in the lower 48. We’re working to conserve inholdings here; most recently, the historic Doody Homestead.
