WORKPLACE COLLABORATION

E-mail me at Shari@CornerStoneStrategiesLLC.com with the action you think you would take or the action you know you should take, and the action you actually will take. Next month we’ll review the options (one of which is ‘do nothing because it will work itself out’) and the implications and consequences of each option. Remember: the general approach we take to address any

behavior is thinking based. We need to acknowledge the behaviors initially and acknowledge what the individual has on this or her mind. It validates their right to be concerned or worried, to feel frustrated or intimidated.

Human factors and modifying behaviors are the focus of Dr. Frisinger’s programs, raising personal awareness of potentially disruptive or unsafe behaviors before they occur. Her behavioral leadership programs give her clients the tools to infl uence, empower and motivate which eases

confl ict, enhances safety and elevates service. Dr. Frisinger is president of CornerStone Strategies LLC, and her doctoral dissertation linked eff ectively handling a crisis with one’s personal

and interpersonal situational awareness abilities. She is a member of NBAA’s Safety Committee, an NBAA PDP provider and an adjunct faculty member facilitating leadership courses. She has presented CRM/HF to numerous fl ight departments and aviation companies. Her upcoming WATS presentation is on “Countering the Eff ects of Interpersonal Emotional Contamination” For more information, visit www.ShariFrisinger.com or call (281) 992-4136.
