$226,000 in preparation for ICD-10, according to an American Medical As- sociation study, available at http://bit .ly/1boM1gl. The Practice Transforma- tion track, held from 8:30 am to 3 pm Friday, May 2, will help you prepare for ICD-10 and will provide resources for making the transition. The Practice Transformation track also will include a 10-year case study that documents a successful model used by independent practices to collaborate and move from fee-for-service to value- based payments. The offering allows physicians to discuss the use of nonphy- sician practitioners and provides insight into increasing revenue and expanding medical practice capacity.
