Radio Ballads celebrates its 50th Anniversary on 4th April 2014. To mark the event, the Charles Parker Archive Trust will hold its annual Charles Parker Day in the new Library of Birmingham featuring a conference with Peter Cox in conversation with Peggy Seeger, talking about the innovative series of Radio Ballads and in particular The Travelling People and a concert at the CBSO Centre featuring Peggy Seeger and Jez Lowe.
