St. Francis Hospital Mission Awareness Team volunteers delivered almost 400 super-sized Easter baskets, overflowing with candy and gifts for needy children at the House of Mercy, Damascus Way, Hope Harbour, Open Door Community Home and Muscogee County DFACS. Students from St. Francis’ Partner-In-Education school, St. Anne Pacelli, also contributed baskets and extra supplies to the effort.

good guy Buddy Nelms who was pre- sented the Rozier Dedwylder Leadership Award at Uptown Columbus’ Annual Meeting. Buddy’s investments in Uptown, including The Loft, Under the Loft and Ride On Bikes, made him an obvious choice for the award named for his mentor Rozier Dedwylder. Buddy’s family was there in force, including Tamara Edwards, Ryan and
Preservation for Profit, with a full day of speakers including Columbus native Otis White. Te event targeted preservationists and real estate professionals, but the lun- cheon was geared toward anyone who is interested in saving our precious historical structures and neighborhoods.
