RENEWING OR APPLYING FOR A SEASON TICKET
1. For Season Ticket Holders who paid for their 2012/13 season ticket by Direct Debit. YOUR SEASON TICKET HAS BEEN RENEWED AT THE FROZEN PRICES, we have applied the Bank or Building Society details you supplied to automatically renew your season ticket. Where there has been a price band change for a customer for the new season e.g. under 20 to adult or adult to Senior concession etc. we have applied the correct price. We will send your Direct Debit payment schedule 10 working days before the first payment date, 1st May 2013. You need to contact the Club before 12th April if you want to opt out.
2. For other Season Ticket Holders renewing their seats. To benefit from frozen prices you will need to renew your seat online. You can select to pay for your season ticket over 12 months by using the Club’s Interest Free Payment Plan, just select the Direct Debit option. During the process, where you setup the Direct Debit mandate, the system will provide your payment schedule and a copy of the mandate by email.
You can also renew online in one payment using a debit or credit card. Using this method you can also use any available TeamCard points during the transaction.
You can still renew your season ticket in person, on the telephone or by post, using the FREEPOST envelope provided, but this method does not benefit from the frozen prices. You can select to pay by Direct Debit, debit/credit card or cheque via this option. Cash is only available for personal callers, please do not send cash in the post.
3. New Applicants for Season Tickets. You can benefit from the frozen prices available to renewing season ticket holders by using the online sales system. Instructions are included in the Application Form. You can also apply in person, on the telephone or by post, using the FREEPOST envelope provided, but this method does not benefit from the frozen prices. See paragraph 2 above for details.
THE CLUB’S INTEREST FREE PAYMENT PLAN –
DIRECT DEBIT Supporters who are renewing or purchasing season tickets can apply to use the Club’s Direct Debit Scheme. First payments will be taken in May 2013 and then monthly with a final payment in April 2014. To use this scheme you must be 18 years or older and hold a bank or building society current account which can support a Direct Debit. Parents or guardians may make an application and enter into an agreement for a season ticket to be used by a person aged under 18. Direct Debit payment is not available for the Under 11 season Ticket priced at £10. Applications can be made online or by completing the Direct Debit Mandate form enclosed in Season Ticket mailing packs.
