News Signature plans £250 million expansion in the south east

ignature Senior Lifestyle, a developer and operator of

premium nursing care homes, plans to develop an additional 11 new homes in London and the Home Counties in the next four years, at a cost in excess of £250 million.

Signature currently operates four senior care communities in

Surrey, Sheffi eld, Leicester and Kent. It has now cumulatively arranged more than £250 million in capital funding, through a combination of institutional investment and bank funding, to develop up to eleven further Signature communities. Four of these new communities are

now under construction – at Brentwood in Essex, Kingston-upon- Thames, Marlow in Buckinghamshire, and Epsom, Surrey. Signature has acquired or is in negotiation for additional identifi ed sites in south east England which are in various stages of development.

The development team expects to begin construction of seven more projects over the next few years under the continuing team leadership of Wayne Pryce, Director of Development and Construction.
