REGIONAL MANAGERS—The Mission Invest- ment Fund of the ELCA is searching for three Regional Managers—serving Wisconsin, Ohio/ Michigan and New York State/New England—to help grow MIF’s portfolio of loans and invest- ments. MIF Regional Managers are responsible for building and nurturing relationships with ELCA synods, congregations, social ministry organizations and other affiliated institutions and organizations. Regional Managers assess the needs of the ministries and recommend appropriate MIF loans, investments and consul- tative services that will help the organizations achieve their goals. Experience in consultative selling and customer relationship management, as well as a thorough understanding of finan- cial products and the ELCA, is vital.
