REQUEST PROPOSAL
“The only truly green luxury resort in the beautiful Napa Valley; excellence at its best! Amazing service, over-the-top accommodations.”
Lynne Missin Kiehl’s
INCENTIVE SEEKERS INSPIRED BY FOOD AND WINE, ALL THINGS ECO-FRIENDLY, AND the cutting edge in hotels should have Bardessono Napa Valley at the top of their wish list. Opened in February 2009, the resort welcomes guests to the historic Bardessono farmstead in Yountville, California, epicenter of the winemaker’s art in Napa Valley. Legendary wineries and restaurants wait a short stroll or bike ride away—including Domaine Chandon and six Michelin- star restaurants, such as The French Laundry.
Every element of Bardessono contributes to its LEED Platinum certification, from the buildings made from recycled stone, steel, glass tiles, and salvaged wood to the landscape of vineyards, water features, and culinary gardens. Green technologies include solar panels, geothermal power, and on-site waste management. Equally green, the Ballroom offers the latest in meeting amenities.
All 62 guest rooms come with bathrooms equipped as private spas and the services of a spa butler, plus fireplaces, intimate courtyards, floods of natural light, artisan furnishings, and “smart” sensors. Executive Chef Victor Scargle features seasonal ingredients from Lucy’s on-site culinary garden for the hotel’s 24-hour in-room dining and banquet and restaurant menus.
Low profile as it may appear, Bardessono brims with touches of glamour and over-the-top indulgence. The rooftop pool terrace, for instance, features cabanas and breathtaking views of the Napa Valley, Mayacamas Mountains, and Stags Leap Palisades.
