Colchester Borough Homes Worsnop House Refurbishment Contract


Applications are invited from suitably qualifi ed and experienced building, mechanical and electrical sub-contractors who wish to be included on the tender panel for the above sub-contract work.


The contract will be managed by Colchester Borough Homes, on behalf of Colchester Borough Council.


The works include a variety of refurbishment and improvement works to the existing Worsnop House including electrical works, new heating, bathrooms, kitchens, roofi ng works, new glazed atrium, new access lift, construction of a new plant room and alterations to the internal layout of the building.
