OTC 2013 6-9 May Houston, Texas Founded in 1969, the Offshore Technology Conference is the world’s foremost event for the development of offshore re- sources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production, and environmental protection. OTC is held annually at Re- liant Center in Houston. Each year, OTC attracts more than 80,000 attendees from 110+ countries and 2,500 exhibiting companies.
