Mount Holyoke Fund Matters
The Mount Holyoke Fund is an important source of revenue for the College. It is responsible for contributing nearly 10 percent of the College’s operating budget each year. The Mount Holyoke Fund success ensures that the College will continue to provide timely, vital resources for MHC experiences both in and beyond the classroom.
“As an international student I wanted a home away from home, and Mount Holyoke has given me that. It has everything I could hope for: the best classroom experience, a beautiful campus, all kinds of student organizations, and amazing alums.”
—RUDO E. MUDZI ’14, GUTU, ZIMBABWE MAJOR: MATH AND PHYSICS
Support for faculty and students Your gift is an investment in the resources necessary for academic, artistic, and athletic success, providing critical funding for student and faculty support. In FY 2012, gifts totaling $8.3 million were made to The Mount Holyoke Fund. Alumnae gifts of $10,000 and more were responsible for more than 30 percent of the total.
