Sow seed, cover lightly and cover with black plastic until germination begins. Very sensitive to cool temperatures and overwatering. Grow on at 65˚F for three weeks after transplanting, then reduce night temperature to 60˚F. Superior bedding annual for hot, dry areas. Sow mid-February for pack sales, early February for pots.
