Naturally Smoked & Fully Cooked Spiral cut bone-inHam
Our most popular Country Ham is the Southern Smokehouse ham - aged 4 to 6 months. This ham has been hickory smoked and cooked by our 24-hour method. This slow cooking is one of the keys to a tender ham. This ham makes entertaining a cinch since it’s fully cooked and ready to serve. In fact, you do not even need to slice it, because we have already spiral sliced it for you. You just cut around the bone with a knife and the slices fall away.
The whole hams are cut in half after spiral slicing for your convenience in serving. It is wonderful to keep in the refrigerator for nibbling between meals, for making noon-day sandwiches, or for an easy meal. It is best when served at room temperature or gently heated. For a more robust aged flavor - try our Attic Aged, and for a moist cured and smoked - try our City.
