After proper resting (so the spices have time to permeate the meat) we slowly cook and hickory smoke the meat. Our smokemasters use their decades of experience so each brisket has the perfect balance of flavor, aroma, and tenderness. We slice and package in our “Homemade in a Hurry” microwave tray for perfect heating that takes just minutes.
