BUSINESS FACILITIES Facilities for fax and photocopying and internet access are available for


a small charge in the Visitor & Business Centre situated at the top of the stairs in the Piazza by Hall 5.


CANVASSING Canvassing for orders or any other purpose by an unauthorised person


is strictly prohibited. In any such case the right of expulsion will at once be exercised. The distribution or display of printed or other placards, handbills, circulars or other articles is prohibited except by exhibitors at their own stands.


CATERING Themed cafés serving light snacks and refreshments can be found


within the halls alongside numerous bars, restaurants and seating areas offering everything from a quick drink to a substantial meal.

CLOAKROOMS Cloakrooms are situated adjacent to the hall entrances and are open


daily until thirty minutes after the close of the exhibition. The charge is £1 per item.


LOST PROPERTY Contact the Organisers Office situated in Hall 4 or the Security Office


at the top of the stairs by Hall 1.

ENGINEERS OF TOMORROW – THE UK


APPRENTICE SKILLS CHALLENGE The Engineers of Tomorrow – The UK Apprentice Skills Challenge will take place over the four days of IFSEC 2012, Stand 5/I10 – 5/I23 in Hall 5.


BSIA INTERNATIONAL VISITORS’ LOUNGE All international visitor badge holders are invited to use the International


Visitors’ Lounge hosted by the BSIA on stand C130 in Hall 4.


PRESS OFFICE The press office is situated in room 2.5, Hall 2 and will be manned


throughout the exhibition.


PARKING Car parking is available at a charge of £8 per day in the South and


East car parks. This is located close to the exhibition halls and a shuttle bus service runs continuously (please note: the shuttle only runs continuously from the South & East car parks during the show open period). Any exhibitor wishing to drop off VIP guests to the entrance must contact the Organisers prior to the opening of the exhibition.


PROHIBITIONS The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the show


without assigning any reason. They also reserve the right to expel any person or persons whose conduct in the opinion of the Organisers makes the expulsion necessary. No under 16s will be allowed into the show.


SHOPS Martins is situated between Halls 4 and 5 and stocks international


newspapers, magazines, gifts, confectionery and tobacco.


TAXIS The taxi rank is situated outside the Piazza Main Entrance and the


NEC’s designated taxi provider is ComCab – 0121 226 6666.


TELEPHONES Telephones accepting coins, phonecards and credit cards can be


found in the Piazza.


TOURIST INFORMATION The information centre is located within the Visitor & Business Centre


at the top of the stairs by Hall 5.


FIRST AID The medical centre is situated at the top of the stairs in the Piazza


by Hall 5 and is operational throughout build-up, open days and break-down. Your first point of contact for any first aid is through the Organisers Office situated in Hall 4. For Medical Emergencies please call 0121 767 2222 or extn 2222 on any internal telephone.
