CONFIDENTIAL EXTENSIONS YOUR QUESTIONS

Volume Wave £55 RPXRB26 20 wks £2.75

ANSWERED! Can I put Heat on my extensions? NO! The purpose of our Salon Confidential range is we have done the hard work for you, therefore they are not heat proof and you will spoil the salon finish on the extensions.

Bouncy Curl £55 MH9862H 20 wks £2.75

Will my hair be difficult to style? Most clients struggle with tongs and curling their hair, or getting real volume into their own hair, even straightening to a superb glossy finish is difficult to do on yourself, Salon Confidential have taken all this into account and done it all to salon finish, for you to use at home.

How do I wash my extensions? Simply immerse in warm soapy water and allow to dry naturally, do not brush when they are wet, allow to dry then brush. The curl formation in Bouncy Curl and Volume Wave will restore itself. You only need to wash them 3 times a year as they don’t hold smells or dirt.

TRIED & TESTED N

ow this is one of the perks of the job. From time-to-time, our suppliers will pop-in to Littlewoods and demonstrate their wares! So you can imagine how excited we were when Salon Confidential said they wanted to visit

and makeover a handful of Littlewoods people to prove how really amazing their extensions are (which we already know, but agreed. Well who wouldn’t?). As soon as news of their visit went around the office, volunteers to be make-over models wasn’t hard to find. Needless to say the visit was a resounding success, the girls from Salon Confidential were amazing, and each staff member who was lucky enough to be picked for a professional preening, loved the results. Like, really loved them... so thanks SC, we’re sure our customers will get the same good-hair- day feeling that we did.

Can I use the extensions to create different hair styles? YES! We urge you to be creative with your extensions! There are so many on- trend hair styles you could make using your extensions. Tip for a first try: Clip in 2 clips at the base of your neck, sweep the extensions and your natural hair round to the side of your head and plait together. This will give you the length you need to create a gorgeous side plait, and still look like all your own hair!

I’ve never worn hair extensions before and I’m a bit worried I won’t know how to use them? Don’t worry! We have included a detailed information booklet with each set which gives you instructions of how to clip in your extensions. It even includes a diagram to show you where to place the clips…easy!

Will they cause any damage? No, the beauty of Salon Confidential hair extensions is they are clip in! You can put them in and take them out whenever you like, therefore there’s no damage, they don’t pull on your natural hair and they lay flat against your head so there are no lumps or bumbs.
