A buddy and I have gotten involved with the jail ministry here in Mobile. We help purchase cases of Bibles that are given away all over Alabama. I was recently talking to a chaplain who works in the Mobile prison system and who commented that he especially liked the Free on the Inside Bibles for the inmates because of the additional content and stories. You have to know fundamentally that whether you’re standing on the inside or the outside of those bars, we all need the same thing—freedom in Jesus.
Getting to minister in the jails is
