Contains Why Age a Steak?
Proper aging of fresh beef enhances the tenderness and flavor. Most local meat markets and grocery stores don't age beef as it requires extra space and because of the yield loss. Here at Burgers' we feel this extra step is well worth the extra trouble.
How Long is Beef Aged? Between 14 and 28 days. Filet requires less aging, 14 days, compared to a Strip Steak, 28 days.
Filets Wrapped with Premium Bacon
Filets are hand trimmed using our exclusive “Butchers Pride Trim” then vacuum sealed one per package and flash frozen to lock in all the flavor. Proper aging means each filet is fork tender. A complimentary steak seasoning is included. Price includes normal delivery in the continental 48 states.
