PEPPERED BACON STEAK Peppered Bacon steak is cured with our award winning dry cure process using salt, brown sugar, and black pep- per. The extra bit of black pepper enhances, but doesn’t overwhelm. Bacon Steak is cut a full 1/4” which results in a unique “chewy crisp” texture. Prepare by pan frying, baking, or for a really unique experience, grill them on your gas or charcoal grill. Thick sliced (4 slices per inch).
