Carnival Chaos! Brazil’s beloved Sirena has its Carnival 2012 celebrations locked and loaded...


THREE months after going apeshit for its 18th birthday courtesy of appearances from Erick Morillo and D-Nox & Beckers, Sirena, Brazil (Maresias), is gearing up to shake its booty in tropical heat for year’s Carnival celebrations while the rest of us shiver over our cornfl akes.


And what a season it is shaping up to be. Bob Sinclar (18th February), followed by Armin Van Buuren and Sunnery James & Ryan Maciano on Sunday (19th) and then Kaskade on Monday 20th. They’ll be


a residents party (with Pagani, Menga, Keller and Rodrigo R2) on Tuesday (21st), followed by a Hangover Party the weekend after with Above & Beyond and our very own Adam Saville on Saturday 25th February.


Golden sands by day, pumping rainforest vibes by night, Maresias is the beach community to visit this winter as the Siberian chill outstays its welcome that little while longer.
