What do I do if my item breaks down?

What happens if the item can’t be fixed?
If your old item can’t be repaired, we’ll replace it with a product of similar specification - that’s how simple it is. And unlike other similar insurers, we don’t ask you to contribute towards the cost of the new appliance, either.
