ILTM 2011 | NEWS m at ILTM 2011 Small Luxury Hotels of the World – the personal touch


Small Luxury Hotels grew their world of experiences – from short breaks in city sanctuaries to ultimate beach escapes to romantic country retreats to culinary adventures – introducing 40 new hotels in 2011 with an average size of 50 rooms. More than 130,000 members of the ‘Club of Small Luxury Hotels of the World™’ now enjoy complimentary room upgrades, extra breakfasts or special check-in/check-out times.


Six Senses Bernhard Bohnenberger, President of Six Senses Resorts & Spas updated the audience with specific news from each of the company’s divisions and announced details of the 2012 openings: Six Senses Con Dao in Vietnam and Six Senses Laamu in the Maldives. Future plans for Six Senses Spas will focus on Europe and Asia.
