When Your Shipment Arrives
Before you sign the delivery receipt, inspect your shipment for any possible damage or shortages.
If your FedEx Ground arrives damaged, call Hatch immediately at 1-800-624-7968. We will coordinate the return and/or replacement of the merchandise.
If your Truck shipment arrives damaged, write a note on the delivery receipt describing the damage. Please keep all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise together and call Hatch at 1-800-624-7968.

If you find it necessary to return an item for any reason please contact Customer Service at 1-800-624-7968 ext. 5 to obtain a return authorization number. This will help us process your return quickly and accurately and will ensure you receive proper credit for your return. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
