This centre is in a stunning location overlooking the River Tay, on the edge of the Craigvinean Forest at the heart of Scotland’s ‘Big Tree Country’
THE HOLIDAY
Whilst only being one hour’s drive from Glasgow and Edinburgh, this small and friendly centre is a perfect escape from the daily hustle and bustle. The activities at Dalguise make the most of the natural setting and take place in and around the forest surrounding the centre. You can zip through the trees on our huge new double zip wire.
Dalguise has a fantastic sports dome, which provides additional covered space allowing us to offer even more activities – whatever the Scottish weather provides! It is also our only centre with ‘Sequoia Scramble’, a vertical challenge suspended between 2 massive Sequoia trees!
DALGUISE
The main house with its castellated tower was once the summer home of Beatrix Potter. The setting and gardens inspired many of her well- loved stories and many children will recognise our Manager’s cottage as the home of Mrs Tiggywinkle. Meals are taken on site and there’s also a traditional pub in the local village 10 minutes drive away.
Accommodation is in lodges in the grounds of the main house or in our renovated Craigvinean Lodge development. Rooms are simple and functional and every family has their own en-suite bathroom. Children and parents share bunk bedded rooms (max. 6 people per room).
