Our staff ensure all our guests have the time of their life! They’ll be on hand, day and night, during your holiday to help you and your family. We ensure each member of staff is highly trained and equipped with the skills, knowledge and attitude to make your holiday truly memorable. They enforce the highest possible standards and we have an excellent safety record. Our Instructors all hold formal qualifications from their relevant sports’ national governing bodies or, where no recognised qualifications exist, the PGL Multi Activity Instructor Award.
Our stringent safety standards comply with guidelines set down by the Department of Education and are subject to the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority regulations. In addition, we have submitted our centres to voluntary inspection by the British Activity Holiday Association (BAHA) to ensure that our safety standards are subject to regular independent external audit.
