Molly Cole
Manager of Business Development
Molly Cole is the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce’s new Manager of Business Development. She comes to the CCC from a career in personal sales with Liberty Mutual. Molly grew up in Dover, New Hampshire and attended Saint Michael’s College in Colchester, Vermont, graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in English. She played for the women’s soccer team from 2004 through 2008 and received an endowment for her academic success her sophomore through senior years. She is still involved in the soccer community and currently coaches a U-14 girl’s club team in Newton.

Molly was a member of the Cambridge Chamber of Commerce through Liberty Mutual for two years before becoming the Manager of Business Development at the CCC. Through the work Molly and her colleagues did with the CCC, Liberty Mutual was nominated as one of the finalists for the New Member of the Year award in 2010.

As the Manager of Business Development, Molly will be directing and managing new memberships as well as assisting with the management of programs and activities designed to get new members involved in the CCC. In 2010, Molly helped start and kick off the Cambridge Young Professionals Committee, which helps young professionals in the area network and develop their business base. She also started and is currently managing the Cambridge Young Professionals page on facebook (please search for and “like” it!). In addition to handling new and current memberships, Molly will also be assisting Lisa Cohen, Director of Communications, in utilizing the world of social media to promote the CCC, its committees and upcoming events.
