WHEN you think of Brazil you might picture scorching weather, beautiful beaches and of course carnival time in Rio De Janeiro. But what you should really be thinking about is drum & bass don DJ Marky.


Marky is no newcomer; with his own club night, an Essential Mix on Radio 1, a top 20 hit and a performance on Top Of The Pops all under the belt, his foot is well in the door of the d&b hall of fame. Recently he also put out a Fabric Live CD, plus his latest single alongside partner in crime DJ S.P.Y., ‘Yellow Shoes’.


On top of this, Marky has been running his own label Innerground which has had releases from the likes of Q-Project, Makoto and Random


Movement just to name a few, so it seemed silly not to accept an exclusive mix from the man himself, chock full of dubplates, classics and forthcoming tunes.


TOP 100 DJS LONDON: FULL LINE-UP!


HOT on the heels of our fi rst ever international Top 100 DJs party in Amsterdam on 20th October, we return to the iconic home of the Top 100 DJs – Ministry of Sound, London, on 26th October for the annual Award Winners’ Party. In The Bar regular stadium rocker Fedde Le Grand is joined by one of the most iconic fi gures in the dance music scene, Roger Sanchez. These established bods will be supported by hot new Swede talent Alesso. Next door in The Box, euphoric sounds rule the roost with Gareth Emery, Aly & Fila and Mat Zo. Elsewhere the VIP – in association with Point Blank Music School – will represent the more underground UK fl avours as Best of British ‘Best DJ’ winner Paul Woolford plays alongside hot new UK talent Midland, plus two lucky Point Blank Students. The Baby Box will be hosted by Koolwaters with last year’s host Boy George holding fort alongside Marc Vedo!
