Troubleshooting, help and support Having difficulty logging in to myUniHub


Make sure that you are entering the correct IT User ID and password (see page 2). New students, when typing your password ensure you are using an uppercase M when typing your Student Number and lowercase for the first three characters of your month of birth. If you still cannot login, the WebHelpdesk will be able to support you.


Cannot view myUniHub or pages/portlets


Check that you are using a recommended browser. The site is designed to work with Firefox 3.5 or higher, Internet Explorer 7 and 8 and Mac Safari v5.0.5 or above.


Need help navigating or finding information in myUniHub


The User Guide page in myUniHub provides ‘how to’ instructions as well as an online video and FAQs.


Downtime


If there is a problem or planned downtime with any of the IT systems accessed via myUniHub this will be communicated via the System Status portlet on the My Middlesex page.
