DESPITE no longer working with long-time partner Luciano, Loco Dice’s star shows no sign of waning while his label Desolat is still on top form as Alli Borem’s tripped out ‘Scotch Your Mind’ (possibly related to our favourite form of egg) shows, topping his July chart. Never Comes Alone’ is awash with static and obtuse ‘70’s sci-fi atmospherics, a treat for late night psychonauts and somnambulists while B-side ‘Loose Hooks’ has chunky drums and ghostly vocals to give it some dancefl oor swing.
