German duo to launch gorgeous debut LP at a secret loft space in East London…


WHEN German duo Trickski (Yannick Labbé and Daniel Becker) dropped their debut LP, ‘Unreality’, on Suol earlier this month, we got very excited indeed. OK, maybe not in a head rushin’, whistle-blowin’, laser-dodgin’, glo-stick wavin’ mash-up sense, but in a more smooth, “ahh schweet, Miss Money Penny, glad to hear it”, kinda way. Because, there’s no denying, the album is really classy; a head-nodding trip through textured deep house


electronics with touches of electro, disco, jazz, bass and techno that’s pretty damn sublime.


So, it’s no wonder we were awfully chuffed to hear that the duo had teamed up with East London party aficionados Slowpoke to put on their album launch in a very exclusive loft in Shoreditch this Friday with support from Slowpoke resident Brian Monaco. Lush!
