HAVING brought his mighty clout to bear upon San An in recent years with Wonderland, Pete Tong returns to Pacha this season for his new night ‘All Gone’ - no explanation necessary obviously. We were there at the opening and from the heaving crowds inside, it looks like he’s carrying on where his previous venture there, ‘Pure Pacha’, left off. ‘All Gone Ibiza ‘11’ charts what you can expect to hear with one CD mixed by Pete and the other by Felix Da


Housecat, who Pete signed to London Records sometime when you were still knee high to a grasshopper. With a tracklist that covers Stefi ’s ‘Yours’, La Fleur’s ‘Flowerhead’ and the Tale of Us remix of Thugfuckers’ ‘Disco Gnome’, as well as main room bangers from the likes of Boyz Noise and Digitalism, neither DJ has let their fi nger slip from the pulse of the best underground dance music and, in fact, as Pete suggest above, maybe they’ve both even got better with age…
