If either or both of the wedding party has been divorced or widowed, or changed their name by deed poll, the decree absolute(s) or death certificate(s) must be legalised by the Foreign Office prior to departure. These documents must also be translated and legalised by the Cuban Embassy. Please contact us for full details.

Parents have to be present if couples are under 18 years and they must present birth certificates and passports. Couples are required to apply for their own marriage certificates online and additional charges will apply.
