Firstly congratulations! You are about to plan the happiest day of your life. Just relax and enjoy our brochure as it has been designed to help you choose the wedding venue of your dreams. We really want your special day to go smoothly so here are a few tips to help.

Here at Virgin Holidays we offer packages and ceremonies to suit all budgets and tastes, from weddings and renewal of vows to same-sex commitment ceremonies. All of these take place in stunning locations so we’re sure that you will find it easy to choose the Virgin Wedding that’s just right for you.
Of course it’s not just about the places we offer, it’s how we offer them which can make all the difference. That’s where our dedicated Weddings Team comes in. You will receive your own personal wedding co-ordinator from our award-winning team of specialists who have been planning weddings around the world for over 15 years! Our UK based Weddings Team all have first hand experience of the resorts and destinations that we offer and will be with you throughout your journey from planning to departure.
What will we do? ●
Make sure that you’ve got all the documents needed to meet the legal requirements in your chosen resort
● Arrange exactly when you’d like to get married ●
Introduce you to the local wedding co-ordinator who will be happy to liaise with you to arrange any optional extras available at your chosen location.
Hints and tips… ●
Talk to our Weddings Team, they’re the specialists and will be able to help find the perfect location for you
● Overseas wedding ceremonies are by their nature simple and informal ●

Looking to get hitched quickly? – then Las Vegas, Antigua or Barbados could be for you!
Fancy something more off the beaten track? – then Bali, Thailand or Kenya could be for you, but be prepared to stay that little bit longer. Some countries often have minimum residency periods and can include translation and legal fees

Check the legal requirements and make sure that you have the documents needed. Remember travel to some countries requires a visa
Pack your original wedding documents and wedding attire in your hand luggage then keep these with you for safe keeping
Planning on taking guests? – it is worth noting that resorts can and do limit visits from non-resident guests. Please check with the Weddings Team to see if it is possible for them to enter the hotel you have chosen as it is not always possible
