Original Bacon Steak Cuts
We begin by curing bacon with our award winning dry cured bacon process. Bacon Steak is created by slicing the bacon 1/4 inch thick, which results in a unique “chewy crisp” texture. These hearty slices can be baked or skillet fried, but for a totally different bacon experience they can be grilled on a charcoal or gas grill. Also available peppered coated.
