St. Louis Style Ribs


We start with tender, meaty slabs of pork ribs selected especially for barbecuing. Each slab is hand rubbed with a special blend of spices. They’re carefully monitored while they cook and smoke slowly in our Smokehouse. Our ribs are tender, moist, meaty and full of that real smokehouse flavor. Slabs are quickly vacuum packaged before any flavor has a chance to escape. Choose from our Baby Back, or St. Louis Style Ribs. If you can’t decide - try our Combo.


Missouri BBQ Rib Combo


Our tender melt-in-your-mouth ribs are expertly prepared one at a time by hand. Includes four meaty slabs of dry rubbed Missouri BBQ ribs. Slabs are individually vacuum sealed. Freeze separately for future use or prepare all at once and easily feed 8-10. Box contains four slabs (2 of each):

Wondering what St. Louis Style means? Well, it refers to how the pork ribs are trimmed. We remove the lower most wasteful portion of the ribs leaving the center bone only. These ribs are hand rubbed with spice, cooked and hickory smoked using the same process as our Smokehouse Baby Back Ribs. Finished slabs weigh 1 1/4 to 2 1/4 lbs. and are individually vacuum sealed for storage and serving convenience.
