We are recruiting Network Distribution Managers to take the best real estate products available out to agents and fi nancial advisors in the relevant markets. We are looking for English speakers as well as people speaking Mandarin, Cantonese , Russian and Arabic. The right candidates will have three years experience in international property sales or distribution. The Twickenham based roles are salaried with commission overrides on all partner sales. We are also looking for external full and part time Network Distribution Managers on a commission only basis. Strong existing agent and fi nancial advisor relationships would be an advantage. This role will require a high level of travel and face to face meetings and will include giving product training to partners so strong presentation skills are a must.

Marketing Executives

We are looking for creative Marketing Executives to re-produce a range of property marketing materials in the RGG design format. A proactive and consistent approach is a must. The role will predominantly be re-designing brochures, leafl ets, adverts and HTMLs in both B2B and B2C formats.
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Dreamweaver is a must as is excellent English writing skills.
Must have at least 1 years marketing/ design experience and a degree in Graphics, Marketing or English. Knowledge of the property industry and a second language would be advantageous.

With three years experience in the international property sector the right candidate will be a good analyst and will also be an excellent negotiator and operationally strong.
The person will be based in Twickenham. International travel is an important part of the role.

Administration Assistants

We are seeking administration assistants with at least one years experience to support our network distribution teams. The role will be varied from general admin and scheduling meetings to travel plans and maintaining databases.
You will have excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint, as well as good keyboard skills. Excellent English is a must. Knowledge of the property industry and a second language would be advantageous.
