Website showcases piezo technology Piezoelectric components and drives from Physik Instrumente (PI) and PI Ceramics are employed in high precision positioning systems. PI has launched a new website to outline the variety of medical engineering applications that could benefit from piezo technology. These include microdosing, pipetting, micro pumps, nebulisers and air bubble sensors. Product overviews help with choosing the most suitable product from the PI range. The website also features animations and related texts describing how the piezo elements work and a download area.
