Adventure Kayak WIN- IT-ALL SUBSCRIPTON SWEEPSTAKES RULES
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Adventure Kayak Win-It- All Subscription Sweepstakes order, renew, extend or give a gift of a Adventure Kayak subscription before October 29th, 2004 at 9:00 PM (ET). Your completed sub- scription card will serve as your entry form. Please note: Entries are valid only when the subscrip- tion has been paid for in full.
PRIZES: There will be one (1) grand prize including the items lists here. Prizes may be substituted by Rapid Magazine Inc. for comparable 2005 models of equal or greater value. Prizes must be accepted by the winner as awarded, are not transferable, and may not be substituted for cash.
DRAWING: The winner will be selected from among all eligi- ble entries received in a random draw to be conducted on or about November 1st, 2004 at 10:00 AM (ET) at the Rapid Magazine Inc. office in Palmer Rapids, ON. The winner will be notified by mail. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win you must be a resident of Canada, excluding Quebec, who has reached the age of majority in your province of residence.
PRIZE CLAIM: In order to win, the selected entrant must correctly answer, an arithmetical skill-testing question to be admin- istered by telephone or by mail. The winner agrees to sign a stan- dard declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and their waiver of any liability. Any prize notifica- tion returned as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded.

Donors of gift sub- scriptions will be entered in the draw, not the recipients of the gift.
