without moving The huge advantage of the zoom is its ability to create vastly different perspec- tives from one position, reducing the amount of manoeuvring you have to do in your boat. Frame #1 shot at 35 mm and frame #2 shot at 150 mm were both taken with the same lens and from the same position. Each image gives a sense of the scale of the freighter but in a com- pletely different way.
