Flexibility in production has become an essential parameter in conquering new markets. It is important to produce highly customized machines according to the customer needs and strategies. Ingramatic present several solutions, such as: THREAD ROLLING CENTRE; which demonstrates machine fl exibility, di- rectly targeting dynamic factories present in diff erent markets with only one production mean, the capability to thread parts after heat treatment, special parts (grooves) and studs. For this achievement Ingramatic incorporates diff erent feeding systems within the same machine, in order to enable it to produce both bolts and studs. The machine includes both rails and vibratory feeder for screws and a tube device feeding unthreaded studs into the introduction area.

Other customers may want to use the machine for only one product, minimiz- ing downtime and maximizing the machine productivity. To meet this need we propose solutions which allow both automatic and continuous blanks feeding; such as our vertical feeding systems for bolts and the Porter feeding system, for both screws and washers. In addition Ingramatic has several solutions providing both maximum reliabil- ity and working life; thanks to the high specifi cation of the machine feed items (HSS rails, control sensors, discharge rails, conveyors, etc.)
