A week-long training program with your new colleagues. Our National Graduate Training Program (NGTP) is often offsite at a location such as the Gold Coast with all our graduates across Australia attending a range of technical sessions, social events, networking activities and soft skills training. Our graduates tell us that the NGTP is one of the best weeks of their lives!


An induction week. Includes a number of sessions from our leading Partners and Directors welcoming you during your first week, an overview of the firm’s history, mission and values so that you can start to feel part of the firm and various training and social opportunities to help you relax and start to get to know the other graduates and staff at the firm.


Professional development – participate in our Graduate Trak program that includes topics such as lifestyle transitions, communicating effectively, working with teams, client responsiveness, planning and prioritising, career development and networking training.


Technical Training – expect to hit the ground running in your first year because we will introduce you to a number of technical areas including software programs, bookkeeping, divisional inductions, preparation of management accounts, tax return preparation, accounting packages training as well as completing the Tax Institute of Australia Foundations course.


Commencement of the Chartered Accountants program with the help of our extensive Study Support Program that includes internal sessions, people that are approachable mentors who can give you time and assist you with your extension project, as well as study leave that is always granted – no questions asked.
