Both models are easy to steer because of the unique turning front axle design with heavy-duty pivot point. One model (#4510A & #4511A) has a heavy-duty plywood floor recessed in a steel frame, while the other model (#4513A & #4514A) has a rust-free “tread plate” aluminum surface and frame. All models have large 16” pneumatic wheels that roll well on all surfaces.
