Artwork can be supplied on CD, DVD or emailed to production at the address below. Please supply a colour proof with all copy in order that we can ensure that your artwork is produced how you intended.

We invite submissions of new product information: 100-150 words, together with a colour picture. A production charge of £99 for International Labmate and Labmate UK & Ireland, and a charge of £80 for Lab Asia will be made for editing, colour management and positioning of the image with your product release.
If you are launching a new product, if your company is exhibiting at a trade show or if you have some important company information you wish to tell our readers, then please email your press releases to

Reprints of Articles
An article published in our group of journals is in itself prestigious, but by sending out reprints puts the icing on the cake. Reprints given out to potential clients act as a valuable sales tool.

Digital Formats Accepted:
• Quark Xpress - all versions up to 8 • Adobe InDesign - all versions up to CS4 • Adobe Illustrator - all versions up to CS4
PLEASE NOTE:
For Quark and InDesign files, all links including fonts and images must be supplied in addition to the layout file. For eps/ai files, text must be converted to outlines.
Images:
• Photoshop (all versions), tif, eps or jpg • CMYK with no colour management • No less than 300dpi at printed size
Contract Regulations
Advertisers and agencies assume complete liability for all contents of advertisements printed, and must also accept responsibility for claims made against the Publisher.
No cancellations are accepted later than 30 days before closing dates.
TERMS: All prices are net of VAT. Payment due 7 days
from date of invoice.
