Recruitment MAKE A GREAT CAREER MOVE

Toronto is the most diverse city in Canada, made up of neighbourhoods that each have a distinct personality. World-class attractions, theatre, shopping and festivals happen every day of the year here. It’s a city with a heartbeat – it’s a city to call home.

The Toronto Transit Commission is introducing a new mode of transit to Toronto – light rail transit (LRT). Although less common than in Europe, LRT is quickly becoming the preferred mode of public transit in North America. The Transit City Light Rail Plan is an impressive initiative that will see eight new LRT lines bringing reliable, fast, quiet and comfortable transit service to many Toronto neighbourhoods.

Take on one of these exciting opportunities to apply your related knowledge, expertise and experience, and contribute to the development and implementation of this new initiative. We are currently recruiting for multiple positions on four priority LRT projects with various construction start dates and completion dates through 2020.

Managing excellence.

Achieving the exceptional.

Competitive packages.

Managing success is far from easy. Achieving the exceptional is tougher. Delivering excellence day in and day out is a big demand. But we strive to do it. And so will you.

You know that the only place to lead from is out in front…and that the only way to lead is by example. That way you earn respect, win confidence, and gain trust. However much you ask from your team, you demand more from yourself. And that inspires.

We’re growing because we’re delivering. That means we need more managers – with and without railway experience - who are as passionate about performance as we are, and as positive towards change.
